1. How to order?

    2.  Does your products, contact lenses (Primocon & Gorgeous-i Lens), safe for wearing? 

    Yes! We can assure every product we selling in Primocon.my are 100% authentic as we do import directly from Korea, without any middleperson! All of our contact lenses are manufacturing with ISO/CE/GMP/KFDA approval, every process is strictly controlled and guided under international standard.

    We do work out hardly these years in order to keep improving our products quality while maintain our products to be affordable as well, as per our aim, to provide premium quality products within affordable price range.

    3. What is the difference of both Primocon and Gorgeous-i Lens branding?

    4. How long does the contact lens can be worn?

    All of our contact lenses are 3 months disposable. We do recommend for wearing it up to 3 months only. 

     

    5. Do you ship internationally? 

    Yes, our website system has support to ship to Singapore & Indonesia now, the shipping rate will be calculated and display automatically when you checkout your order. 

    For other countries, you can contact our Customer Service for shipping quote & our CS team will assist you on placing the order manually.

     

    6. How to proceed payment for international order? 

    You may checkout the order by select eGHL (credit card) or Paypal as payment option. 

     

    7. How do I check my order(s) status? 

    All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may email us at primocon.my@gmail.com OR contact our customer service to check. 

     

    8. How much is the shipping cost? How long does it take to receive my order?

    We will proceed the order within 24 hours after payment is completed. The shipping cost and time frame required for each country as below:

    • Malaysia:
    Free delivery. It takes 1-3 working days to reach at your doorstep. 
    • Singapore:
      • RM 25, it takes about 3-5 working days to reach at your doorstep.
      • RM 45, it takes about 5-7 working days to reach at your doorstep. 
    Please select your preferred shipping method accordingly when checkout. 
    • Indonesia:
      • RM 55, it takes about 6-12 working days
      • RM 65, it takes about 2-5 working days
    Please select your preferred shipping method accordingly when checkout. 
    • Other countries:
    based on your country.

    *Primocon reserves the right to edit/change the shipping rate/carrier company based on the latest offer of carrier company. To ensure the shipping fee is accurate on time, you may contact our customer service (primocon.my@gmail.com) for instant confirmation before payment made. 

     

    9. How to check the tracking code of my parcel? 

    You'll received the "Shipping Confirmation" email once your order is proceed to delivery by admin within 30 minutes, you can find the tracking code with link from the email. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please check your order summary in "My Account" (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may email us at primocon.my@gmail.com OR contact our customer service to check. 

     

    10. Do you accept COD or self-pickup at your warehouse?

    No, we do not provide these services at this moment. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. 

     

    11. Can I do pre-order for the item which shown to be sold out? 

    Sorry, we do not accept pre-order at this moment. However you may add the item into wishlist and our system will notify you again when it's restocked. Alternatively, you may follow us on our social media platform (FB/IG) and subscribe to our newsletter, so that you can receive the latest update on restock info as well. 

     

    12. How do I return an item?

    Primocon accept only EXCHANGE for the defect item only. Please refer to our Return Policies for detail info.

    13. How to get discount as per stated in website? 

    Besides of our sale items which are categorized under SALE collection, all of the products in website are not with automated discount. Therefore, you have to enter the "promo code" given on each of the promotion in order to apply the discount accordingly. 


    14. Can I apply more than one promo code in a single order?

    You can only choose one of the promotion/offer you preferred and apply only one promo code in a single order. 

     

    15. Can I edit my order after confirmed? 

    No, you are not allowed to amend your order after confirmed due to security reason.
