What is the best colour contact lens for dark eyes in Malaysia?
For dark brown Asian eyes, lenses with a dark limbal ring and warm undertone work best. Top picks: Jeucons Chuchu Brown (warm hazel), Jeucons Caramel Brown (honey-brown), Primocon Lola Brown (natural brown). For gray: Jeucons Chuchu Gray or Primocon Deva Gray.
Are colour contact lenses safe to wear daily?
Yes โ when worn correctly. Always wash hands before handling, never sleep in lenses, replace as recommended, and use proper lens solution. If you experience redness or discomfort, remove immediately.
How long can I wear colour lenses per day?
We recommend 6โ8 hours for first-time wearers, building up to 10โ12 hours. Always give your eyes a rest day when they feel tired or dry.
What prescription powers are available?
Primocon and Jeucons lenses are available from 0 (plano) up to 1000ยฐ (-10.00) in 50ยฐ increments. Gorgeous-i is available from 0 up to 800ยฐ (-8.00). If your power falls between increments, round to the nearest available.

How do I know which power to order?
Your power (SPH) is on your contact lens or spectacle prescription. Convert to degrees: -2.50 = 250ยฐ. Select the nearest available increment. For 0 power (no prescription), select "0" at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be modified. DM us on Instagram @primocon_my or use our Contact page.

How long does delivery take in Malaysia?
1โ3 working days after dispatch. Orders are processed within 1โ2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

What lens solution should I use?
We recommend our Nixcare Korean Lens Solution โ add on at checkout for +RM14 (160ml). Any multi-purpose soft contact lens solution from a pharmacy works too.
When should I replace my lenses?
Primocon โ 3-month disposable. Replace after 3 months from first opening.
Jeucons โ available in monthly and yearly disposable depending on the design. Check the individual product page for the correct schedule.
Always discard immediately if torn, discoloured, or uncomfortable.
